TLP4 is a graphics driver for use with the Borland/Turbo C compilers.

It supports the 256 color VGA modes: 320x200, 320x400, 256x256,
256x512. TLP4 offers graphic primitives (dots,lines,boxes,polygons,...),
bitmap-, text-, sprite-, palette-, clipping-, fast pattern fill,
flickerfree double-buffering and scrolling functions. No nasty shareware
screens.

The use of this version of the graphics driver is *FOR FREE* if you
intend to create public domain or freeware programs with it.
